Students of CCNZ's Ministry Training Programme will find growth in their understanding of ministry in several practical ways. Our non-residential (online/distance learning) class time will largely consist of guest Calvary Chapel pastors. These classes will mainly be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Our reading-list will be a go-at-your-own-pace format, but the book list is fairly extensive. Previously recorded Bible studies from various ministers and pastors will highlight our studies.

While a heavy emphasis will be placed on verse-by-verse Bible study, we will also seek to absorb various topical studies, biblical theology, and a bit of an introduction to the broader ministry of Calvary Chapel as a worldwide family of churches and ministries.

What IS included in CCNZ's Ministry Training Programme is—primarily—the course itself. Our weekly online courses are part of the programme and therefore included in the tuition.
The various weekend seminars are also part of the programme, but neither housing nor transportation for those weekends are included. Any time we can make a meal or two available for the weekend seminars, we will do so, and we will notify our students ahead of time.
Since MTP is non-residential in form and function, each student will need to provide their own means of online connection (read that: MTP will not provide computers, tablets, etc for our students).
Whenever possible, CCNZ's Ministry Training Programme will provide course material. Most books, however, will need to be obtained by the individual students.
MTP Director: Pastor Jeremy Foster
Pastor Jeremy Foster has been part of the Calvary Chapel family since 1993, and has served in various ministry capacities across several different countries.

Jeremy's great desire is to see God's people grow in their relationship with Him as they gain a fuller understanding of His Word.

Pastor Jeremy has been married to his wonderful bride, Christi, for nearly 30 years. The Fosters have four grown children, an amazing daughter-in-law, and two beautiful grandchildren.
